Your Wedding Your Way Marriage Package — $900 AUD

• Completion and lodgement of all required legal paperwork
• Two pre‑wedding meetings (online or in person)
• Ongoing support via email and phone throughout your planning

How it Works

Our First Meeting

We’ll meet in person or online—whatever suits you best. I’ll explain the legal requirements for marriage in Australia and guide you through completing the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM). Once lodged, your wedding can legally take place one month later.

Your wedding date will then be secured in my calendar.

Ceremony Draft

I’ll prepare a ceremony draft based on our conversation and your vision for the day. You’re welcome to make changes until it feels perfectly aligned with who you are as a couple.

Rehearsal (Optional)

If you choose to include a rehearsal, we’ll meet at your venue to walk through the ceremony so everyone feels comfortable and confident on the day. We will also sign the Declaration of No Legal Impediment to Marriage.

Your Wedding Day

Before the ceremony if it wasn't done at the rehearsal, we’ll sign the Declaration of No Legal Impediment to Marriage. Then I’ll deliver your ceremony with warmth, calm and sincerity—leaving you to enjoy the moment as a newly married couple.

Registration of Your Marriage

All paperwork is lodged with Births, Deaths and Marriages within 72 hours, and I’ll notify you once your marriage has been officially registered.

I am always happy to travel to meet you or celebrate your day across the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula and beyond. For journeys outside my local area, a modest travel fee applies to cover the road trip:

50–100 km round trip – $50

100–150 km round trip – $75

Longer distances – Custom quotation available request

No. The ceremony is non‑religious, inclusive, and neutral, with a gentle, respectful tone.

When do we receive our official certificate?

After your marriage is registered, you can apply for your official certificate directly — or choose the optional extra for me to order it on your behalf.
